When should I set up my eSIM?

Install your eSIM 1–2 days before your trip while on Wi‑Fi. Activate it only when you arrive at your destination.

What happens if I use up my data or validity?

You can purchase another data plan anytime from Roamight. The new plan activates instantly once added.

Can I use my SIM card and Roamight eSIM together?

Yes. Keep your physical SIM for calls and texts while using Roamight eSIM for data.

Is my phone unlocked and eSIM‑ready?

Ensure your device is unlocked and eSIM‑compatible. Most recent iPhone, Pixel, and Galaxy models support it.

What if I deleted or lost my QR code?

Contact Roamight support with your order number. We'll resend the QR code to your email.

My QR code isn’t working.

Try scanning in brighter light, focus camera, or enter manually under “Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually”.

Is hotspot sharing allowed?

Yes. Most Roamight plans support Personal Hotspot. Enable it in your device settings.

Do you store or share my data?

No. Roamight does not track or store your browsing or usage data. Your privacy is secure.

Difference between Prepaid and Unlimited eSIMs?

Prepaid plans have fixed data and duration. Unlimited plans offer continuous access under fair‑use policy.

How can I get a refund?

If unused or not activated, request a refund within 7 days of purchase via Roamight support.

eSIM Setup

How to activate an eSIM

Scan the QR code from your email: Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan. Turn on Data Roaming at destination.

Install on iPhone

Open QR code on another device → Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan → Scan. Do not delete after install.

Set up on Samsung/Pixel

Galaxy: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM. Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Download a SIM instead?

Scan QR from photo album

Galaxy only: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code → gallery icon → choose saved image.

Manual activation code

iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually → input SM‑DP+ and activation code from email.

iPhone 7 / 8 / X

These models do not support eSIM. Upgrade required.

Using an eSIM

When does my eSIM start?

Starts upon data activation at your destination, not at purchase time.

Enable calling and texting

Turn on Wi‑Fi Calling and use VoIP apps like WhatsApp to stay reachable.

Check data usage

Settings → Cellular → Select eSIM → Data Usage.

Troubleshooting

No internet after activation

Ensure APN = globaldata and Data Roaming = ON. Restart device after 30 seconds airplane mode.

Slow speed

Move to area with stronger signal, reset network settings, or toggle airplane mode.

QR code not valid

Code already used or expired. Contact Roamight support for replacement.
